EVP/VP Research &Development (Pet Foods)

Location: INTEQC Global Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Animal Feed Manufacturing / Agribusiness / Livestock feed / Aquafeed , Pet Food Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Job Description: 1.Research and Develop Pet food products to meet the requirements of our consumers 2.Responsible for pet food development To meet quality and delivery Under the cost (or profit) that meets the organization's goals. 3. Study raw materials for product development, study new products. As well as following up and making corrections to improve the quality of food that affects pets. 4. Manage the use of raw materials (quality and quantity), the effect of raw materials and fomular on the production process. and other related matters in order to deliver effective work to customers within the organization 5. Carry out the main plan, follow up, analyze and report monthly results. (Including solving problems & obstacles in cases where the results do not meet the goals) 6. Carry out the product development plan. Using a project writing format and tracking progress, conducting experimental studies, applying, following up (both internal and external customers & animals in actual farming conditions), analyzing, summarizing (results, obstacles, solutions & others) and reporting results. period. Job Qualifications : 1. Master's degree or higher in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Animal Science or other related fields. 2. Experience in research and development of pet food products for 15 years or more. 3. Experience in research and development of pet food (Pet treat & Pet Foods) will be given special consideration. 4. There are pet food research techniques. 5. Have good expertise in using computers.
