Location: INTEQC Global Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Animal Feed Manufacturing / Agribusiness / Livestock feed / Aquafeed , Pet Food Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Job Description : Responsible for the day to day running of the production facility, organization of personnel and the manufacture of required Responsible for the achievement of agreed budget Develop a site structure which enables the production and delivery of feed of consistently satisfactory quality and the requirements of health and safety and environmental legislation/policy to be met at minimum cost. Develop a staff capable of meeting performance and safety standards and unplanned events. Develop and implement work schedules to ensure production objectives are met. Work collectively with inventory to create and execute the weekly production schedule while coordinating with the receiving team to ensure all raw materials are manufacture ready according to plan. Improve leadership, team building and empowerment skills of individual managers. Continued compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Law and Policy. Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures. Produce and maintain reporting metrics to effectively evaluate and manage the department. Develop and administer an operating budget consistent with departmental performance standards and company objectives. Create a distribution strategy for the total portfolio and by segment in line with the company`s growth expectations. Ensure an adequate maintenance program is devised and implemented. Manage the distribution assets and team to ensure performance target and budgets are met. Manage the site stock control and variances Job Qualifications : วุฒิการศึกษาป.ตรีขึ้นไป สาขา (Food Science, อุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ,สัตวศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง (Pet treat & Pet Foods) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีเทคนิคด้านวิจัยอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง มีความชำนาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
