Location: INTEQC Global Co., Ltd. – Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Animal Feed Manufacturing / Agribusiness / Livestock Feed / Aquafeed Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Key Responsibilities: Manage and ensure the accuracy of conversion cost data, and reconcile standard costs with actual costs. Plan, establish, and audit internal control systems related to cost accounting processes. Calculate, analyze, and prepare manufacturing cost reports to present to management. Collaborate with relevant departments to define product standard costs and analyze cost variances. Recommend cost management strategies and ensure the accurate and timely closing of cost and inventory accounts at month-end. Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecast by providing updated cost information across different product groups. Support auditors by providing reconciliations of inventory, stock count data, and necessary adjustments in accordance with accounting standards for quarterly and annual financial audits. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree to Doctorate in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in cost accounting. Experience in industrial or manufacturing accounting is required. Primary expertise in SAP and supporting experience in Express ERP. Core Competencies: Proficiency in Publicly Accountable Entities (PAEs) and Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) of cost accounting and inventory valuation as well as related tax regulations Good understanding of manufacturing process and ability to accurately allocate costs (labor, material, overhead) to products or projects and maintain strict cost control systems Proficiency in key internal controls include tracking inventory by location, segregation of duties, physical count/cycle count, analyzing cost variances, and monitoring In-depth understanding of cost management methodologies, including cost calculation techniques. High analytical skills - advanced cost analysis, variance investigation, and inventory valuation Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
