Product Development Manager (Flour-Based Snack Products – FMCG)

Location: INTEQC FLOUR MILL Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Wheat flour products for food business Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of flour-based snack products in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role focuses on developing innovative snack products such as extruded snacks, baked snacks, and other related ready-to-eat products, while ensuring strong alignment with consumer trends, brand positioning, and business growth objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end product innovation, from ideation and formulation to pilot testing, scale-up, and successful commercialization in the market. Strong focus is placed on speed to market, product competitiveness, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth of the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: -Lead end-to-end development of new flour-based snack products within FMCG industry -Translate consumer insights and market trends into new product concepts and innovations -Develop and execute product development roadmap and NPD pipeline -Improve existing products in terms of taste, quality, cost efficiency, and manufacturability -Work closely with production, QA/QC, procurement, marketing, and supply chain teams -Manage product trials, pilot plant runs, and smooth scale-up to mass production -Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality systems -Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement Qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Food Engineering, or related fields -Minimum 10 years of experience in food product development within FMCG industry -Strong understanding of snack manufacturing processes and product commercialization -Experience in managing multiple NPD projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment -Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills -High adaptability and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines -Proven experience in flour-based snack products (e.g., extruded or baked snacks) is highly preferred
