Tō tūranga hou | Your new role As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of a range of civil infrastructure and land development projects from planning through to delivery. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This role will suit someone who enjoys being in front of clients, building strong relationships and playing an active role in winning and retaining repeat business through exceptional project delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing civil infrastructure and land development projects end-to-end Leading project programming, financial performance and reporting Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultants Managing project risk, quality and health & safety requirements Driving programme delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanship Supporting future business opportunities through strong customer engagement Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed Proven Project Management experience within the NZ Civil construction market Strong background in infrastructure and land development projects Demonstrated success delivering projects safely, on time and within budget Excellent communication and relationship management skills Commercially astute with strong contract and financial management capability Natural leadership style with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders Experience using GPS machine control technology would be advantageous but is not essential Ideally have civil engineering or construction qualifications but hands-on project experience is more valuable Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return Competitive salary package of $130K - $150K base depending on experience Company vehicle KiwiSaver contribution Secure pipeline of projects across the Queenstown region Strong leadership team and supportive culture Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business Lifestyle benefits of living and working in one of New Zealand's most sought-after regions Me aha koe ināianei | What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV or call us now.
