We are seeking a capable and proactive professional to lead our HR & Administrative Department and support the continued growth of our organization. Qualifications Thai nationality Bachelor’s degree or higher Proven experience in handling a wide range of HR & administrative functions for at least 5 years Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex operational and personnel issues effectively Proactive, with strong leadership and team management skills Highly responsible, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to leverage AI tools to streamline administrative workflows. Positive attitude, strong service-minded approach, and high attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently Accounting knowledge and experience will be an advantage Good command of English Job Responsibilities Leadership & Department Oversight Lead and oversee the full spectrum of the HR & Administrative Department. Proactively propose solutions to improve internal administrative processes, office & HR documentation, and internal governance standards. Administrative & Office Operations Manage general office operations, including transportation arrangements, office supply procurement, equipment management, and document control/filing systems. Coordinate basic IT functions, such as preparing email accounts and working with outsourced IT providers to set up required software and systems. Prepare and submit corporate documents for registration with relevant authorities (e.g., Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Social Security Office, TISCO Provident Fund). Liaise with external agents and brokers for corporate insurance (e.g., Industrial All Risks) and other administrative services. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners. HR Administration & Reporting Perform full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, exit interviews, and resignation/retirement processes in coordination with management. Maintain accurate employee master data, personnel files, and manage group insurance registrations and updates. Draft, issue, and manage HR-related company announcements, ensuring compliance with company rules and Thai labor law. Manage time, attendance, leave, and overtime data, and prepare monthly HR reports for management. Support payroll processes and assist staff with compensation inquiries as requested. Plan, coordinate, and implement HR compliance initiatives (e.g., internal surveys, policy rollouts) to support organizational governance. Ensure all HR-relevant information is filed with relevant government authorities in a timely manner. Employee Relations & Performance Monitor ongoing staff performance, including probation periods, and support the evaluation process by maintaining complete records and reporting dashboards. Act as a trusted liaison between staff and management, facilitating clear communication and building strong connections across all levels of the team. Foster positive employee relations by providing constructive advice, coaching, and a supportive environment for staff to voice feedback or concerns. Organize and coordinate employee welfare programs, internal office activities, birthdays, seasonal events, and company outings. Support the establishment and scaling of the office organizational structure to accommodate future business expansion. General Handle other ad hoc assignments and related tasks as required by management.
