Project: Lead enterprise level AI-powered customer experience platform.. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and client expectations. Drive requirements gathering and oversee FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, project plans, and technical documentation. Bridge business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients throughout the SDLC. Monitor project governance including RAID, RACI, milestones, and change management. Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide executive-level project updates. Coach and review the work of Project Specialists, with future opportunity to lead a PM team. Skills Requirements: 5–8+ years in Technical Project Management, Systems/Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Delivery. Minimum 3–4 years leading enterprise software implementation projects. Strong experience managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, stakeholders, and client expectations. Hands-on experience producing FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, functional specifications, and technical documentation. PMP Certification (Mandatory). Technical Competencies: System Integration - REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateway, Middleware, Authentication Flows. API Documentation - Interface Agreements (IFA), OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman. Requirements Management - Traceability Matrix, RAID, RACI, Change Control. Delivery Methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid SDLC. Strong technical writing and documentation governance. Good to haves: Telecommunications, Contact Centre, AI, or Digital Transformation projects. CRM, Omnichannel, AI Voice Bot or AI Agent Assist solutions. WSO2 or equivalent API Gateway platforms. Exposure to ISO/CMMI quality and governance frameworks. Team Dynamics & Culture: Strong Individual Contributor Collaborative, client-facing environment with future leadership opportunities. Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, 4 days in office working arrangement. Career Level: Assistant Manager / Manager with 5–8+ years' experience and minimum 3–4 years in Technical Project Management.
