Project: Support enterprise level AI-powered customer experience platform. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate enterprise software implementation projects from planning through delivery. Prepare and maintain FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, project documentation, and status reports. Manage project schedules, risks, resources, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Work closely with business users, engineers, QA, and infrastructure teams. Support requirements gathering, change requests, and project governance activities. Track deliverables and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines. Skills Requirements: 3–5 years in Technical Project Coordination, Systems/Business Analysis, or Software Delivery. Minimum 1–2 years managing software implementation or technical projects. Experience preparing FRS, BRD, HLD, LLD, and functional documentation. Good understanding of project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and SDLC. Technical Competencies: Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateway, Middleware, and Authentication. Familiarity with API documentation, Interface Agreements, Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman. Knowledge of Requirements Traceability, RAID, RACI, and project governance. Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Good to haves: Telecommunications, Contact Centre, AI, or Digital Transformation projects. CRM, Omnichannel, AI Voice Bot or AI Agent Assist exposure. WSO2 or equivalent middleware platforms. Exposure to ISO/CMMI documentation standards. PMP Certification (Preferred). Team Dynamics & Culture: Strong Individual Contributor Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, 4 days in office working arrangement. Career Level: Project Management Specialist with 3–5 years' experience and minimum 1–2 years in Technical Project Management.
