TSI International School - Bearing Campus ฿35,000 - 42,000 baht per month (depending on experience) Finance Officer TSI International School Bangkok Location: Bearing Campus Salary: ฿35,000 - 42,000 baht per month (depending on experience) Start date: By 15th September 2026 (slightly negotiable) Due to significant growth at TSI International School, we are now seeking another Finance Officer to join our team at our Bearing Campus. The Finance Officer works with a team of Thai and expatriate administration and support staff in the school’s front office. They are a part of a team of four finance staff, including the School Accountant. We are looking for someone with strong finance/skills who is also willing to contribute to our happy and friendly school environment. Enjoying working with young people is a must. Main roles and responsibilities: The new finance officer will report to our school accountant. Their duties include: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the Bearing Campus, primarily receivable accounts. Issuing Invoices and Receipts for families. Tracking customer payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Keeping track of school assets and inventory. Ensure all collections are accurately recorded and reconciled. Monitor and respond to emails and enquiries from parents regarding student fees, invoices, receipts, and payment-related matters. Preparing payment requests for utilities, service providers and resources. Prepare daily cash collection summaries. Prepare bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Coordinate with Admissions, HR, and other departments regarding student billing information. Support other finance and accounting functions as required. OTHER EXPECTATIONS: Ensure that all matters are handled in a polite and efficient manner, using a combination of Thai and English. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills. Exude a “can-do” and friendly approach when dealing with colleagues, parents, students and visitors. Assist with other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of School. Show commitment to the protection and safeguarding of students. REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of three years experience in a related role. We strongly prefer candidates with International School experience. Able to communicate with fluency in English and Thai Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Workspace and accounting software SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary – ฿35,000 - 42,000 baht per month (depending on experience) Health insurance Minimum of 18 days paid holiday/year, plus Public Holidays Free tuition for at least one child.
