Working Day: Monday – Saturday (Every other Saturday, เสาร์เว้นเสาร์) Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 Job Descriptions Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plastic injection molding department . You will lead technical troubleshooting, oversee mold maintenance, and ensure compliance with standards (ISO/IATF). Supervise machine/mold setups and adjustments; provide technical guidance to technicians to optimize cycle times and product quality. Manage the injection control plan; coordinate with the Planning department to align machine schedules and manpower allocation. Monitor and reduce NG rates; implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed KPI targets. Oversee PM for molds and machines; coordinate with mold shops or external suppliers for repairs and tooling replacements. Maintain department documentation in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards. Support the New Model process, ensuring smooth transition from mold trial to mass production. Oversee material mixing processes and maintain strict 5S standards across the injection and crushing areas. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 2–3 years of management experience (*Having subordinates) in Plastic Injection Molding, within the Automotive industry. Understanding of injection parameters, mold design, and able to negotiate/discuss technical repairs with mold makers. Fair in English skills, ability to handle reports, e-mails, and daily speak internally. Adaptable to changing production schedules, positive outlook, and a focus on long-term operational continuity.
