IT Business Analyst

We build and deliver technology capability for our clients, employing our own team of IT professionals who we deploy directly onto client projects, from a specialist joining an existing team to a full delivery unit led by our own Team Leader. Our engineers and analysts have worked on live systems across energy, transport, healthcare, software development, and banking, contributing directly to the build, implementation, and ongoing evolution of solutions that run our clients' core operations. Role Overview We're sourcing two IT Business Analysts to embed directly into a client's project team under a dedicated staff augmentation arrangement. You'll work hands-on across requirements gathering, documentation, and Dev/QA coordination for the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders Produce Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and user stories Conduct workflow and process analysis Work with APIs and perform basic SQL / data mapping tasks Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Liaise closely with Dev and QA teams to track issue resolution and delivery Requirements 3 to 6 years of relevant Business Analyst experience Fluent in English (mandatory, both written and spoken) Comfortable with basic SQL and data mapping concepts Prior exposure to API-driven systems and integration testing cycles Based in Malaysia (KL or able to work remotely with regular availability), open to occasional Singapore travel Able to work independently while embedded in a client-managed team Benefits Interesting, challenging work on a live commercial project with a genuine end-client Competitive salary and benefits package Direct collaboration with experienced professionals across an international project team Room to grow your career within an expanding organization Supportive, collaborative working environment
