Responsibilities To control and maintain Business Application system in order to make sure the systems are running smoothly and supporting the company long-term development. Participate in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) covering requirements gathering, technical design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews. Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out. Provide first and second-line technical support for business applications and ERP modules, handling problem incidents, troubleshooting, and change requests through to final resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc and scheduled operational reports, database views, and reporting tools Assist in data analysis, data migrations, and data integrity checks across various business modules. Coordinate closely with external vendors and service providers to track bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements. Participate in project management activities, tracking project timelines and milestones alongside internal teams and vendors. Experience & Personal Skills: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 1 to 2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong foundational understanding of database and programming are welcome to apply) Solid foundation in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), specifically Mircrosoft SQL Server (writing queries, stored procedures, and views) Candidates with prior experience or familiarity with ERP systems will have an added advantages. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge communication between end-users and technical vendors.
