Supply Chain Development Manager - Project Management & Data Analysis

About the role Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager - Project Management & Data Analysis to join our organisation in Bangkok on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our IT and Telecommunications department, focusing on programme and project management. You will play a crucial role in driving supply chain excellence through innovative project management methodologies and data-driven insights, directly contributing to the optimisation of our supply chain operations and supporting the company's broader business objectives. Key responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain projects utilising project management best practices and frameworks to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation Analyse complex supply chain data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across logistics, procurement and inventory management Create comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timeline establishment, resource allocation and risk management strategies Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data visualisation tools to communicate findings to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations and IT to ensure supply chain initiatives align with company objectives Develop and maintain supply chain models and simulations to support decision-making and scenario planning Lead the design and implementation of supply chain process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices Prepare detailed documentation, including project charters, status reports and recommendations for executive leadership Support the evaluation and deployment of supply chain software and analytics tools to enhance operational visibility Conduct training sessions with supply chain teams on new processes, tools and analytical methodologies What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, project management or related roles Proven expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with Excel, SQL, Python or business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations Experience with supply chain planning software, ERP systems or logistics management platforms Excellent project planning, scheduling and resource management capabilities Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable Familiarity with supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing and distribution Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus What we offer Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits programme designed to support employee wellbeing and career development.
