Supply Chain - Implant Associate

About the role Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited is seeking a Supply Chain - Implant Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations and inventory management. As an Implant Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between procurement and logistics functions, directly supporting the efficiency and profitability of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing and transportation environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain network. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels across facilities, ensuring optimal stock levels whilst minimising excess inventory and wastage Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products Process purchase orders and track supplier performance against agreed service level agreements Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs Support demand forecasting activities and adjust inventory plans accordingly Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to optimise storage and handling procedures Generate and analyse supply chain reports to provide insights to management Assist in resolving supply chain disruptions and managing emergency procurement requests Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management or related roles Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address supply chain challenges Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations is highly desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Fluency in English and Thai is preferred What we offer We are committed to providing a rewarding workplace where our employees can thrive and grow.
