Supply Chain - Order Management

About the role We are seeking a talented Supply Chain - Order Management professional to join Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our order management processes and ensuring seamless coordination across our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for managing orders from placement through to delivery, whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. This role is instrumental in supporting our production planning and scheduling objectives, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Process and manage customer orders throughout the order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with production planning and scheduling teams to align order requirements with manufacturing capacity Monitor order status and provide regular updates to stakeholders and customers Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays and issues in a timely manner Liaise between sales, production, and logistics departments to optimise order fulfilment Maintain comprehensive order documentation and records for audit and analysis purposes Analyse order patterns and trends to support demand forecasting and inventory management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and customer requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management efficiency What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Computer, Management or other related fields or graduated in another field but have work experience in related fields.
