Merchandise Officer (Exp. in retail business)/ Bangkok or Rayong/ 25K - 40K

Now we're looking for Merchandise Officer as detail below; Working Day: Monday - Saturday (every other Saturday) Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 THB. Location: Bangkok or Pluak Daeng, Rayong If work in Bangkok, have to attend meetings at the Rayong office once a week. Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop suppliers from manufacturers, production sources, and trading agents. Manage product purchasing costs and ensure cost efficiency. Oversee the entire procurement process. Introduce and manage new products to expand product variety and increase sales opportunities. Conduct market research and adjust selling prices to remain competitive within the industry. Develop promotional campaigns to drive sales and optimize inventory value. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability based on sales demand and customer requirements. Manage purchasing and sales performance to achieve assigned targets. Control product profitability in accordance with company policies. Monitor inventory turnover rates and ensure compliance with company targets. Manage and optimize retail/display space to maximize sales performance. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in merchandise purchasing or product procurement. Strong knowledge and capability in product sourcing, merchandising, and procurement management. Understanding of product costing and pricing strategies. Experience in category management within a retail business will be an advantage. Knowledge of home and household products will be highly preferred. Chinese language communication skills will be an advantage.
