We’re a fintech startup, and we are looking for talented folks to be part of our journey to bring innovation and disruption to the capital markets in Thailand! 🚀 ✨ Job Responsibilities At T-BOX, the Legal and Compliance Supervisor drives the legal and regulatory journey of ICO and digital token offerings from start to finish. This role works hand-in-hand with internal teams, external counsel, and regulators to turn innovative tokenization projects into fully compliant market launches. You will ensure every project meets SEC standards, manage key contracts and documentation, and proactively mitigate risks. You will also maintain the company’s licenses and operations in good standing with all relevant regulatory bodies and laws. ● Research and provide advice on various legal matters while reporting directly to the CEO ● Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements ● Liaise with appropriate government regulators (SEC, AMLO, etc.) to stay on top of all applicable notices, laws, rules, and regulations that are relevant to T-BOX’s business and license scope ● Update, implement, and monitor legal compliance activities as required by law, such as reporting, training, audits, and other related tasks ● Review and improve the Compliance Manual, AML/CFT Manual, and other relevant policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with current regulations ● Assist with order tasks as assigned by the CEO Job Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree or above in law ● At least 3 years of working experience in compliance, AML/CTPF, SEC, PDPA, or digital asset–related regulations. ● Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. ● Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory changes. ● Good teamwork and leadership skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai ● Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision ● Demonstrated ability to discuss and/or negotiate contracts and agreement with relevant third parties ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
