Job Descriptions Lead and develop the team Team leadership - Set daily priorities, run one-on-ones, and hold the team to a clear standard of what good looks like. Coaching - Review real chats and calls, give specific feedback, and lift the weakest performers rather than working around them. Hiring and onboarding - Recruit, onboard and train new executives so they reach full productivity quickly. Roster and coverage - Own the shift schedule across all rotations, and make sure peak periods, public holidays and campaign days are properly staffed and communicated in advance. Team culture - Build an environment where people raise problems early and give feedback openly - and where good people want to stay. Own service quality across every channel Service excellence — Set the standard for warm, thoughtful and professional customer experiences across every touchpoint, ensuring the team delivers service that reflects the RAVIPA brand. Standards and SLAs — Define and enforce response and resolution standards across LINE OA, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the RAVIPA website. Platform health — Keep marketplace response rates, chat SLAs and seller scores within the thresholds each platform requires. Quality assurance — Run regular chat and call reviews against a defined quality standard, and use the findings to direct coaching. Escalation — Take ownership of complaints and warranty disputes, and decide when they need to go further. Live monitoring — Monitor traffic and queue volume throughout the day, spot discrepancies and reallocate people before service drops. Drive the sales number Targets - Set, allocate and track daily and monthly chat sales targets across the team, and explain the result either way. Conversion coaching - Raise chat-to-sale conversion and average order value by coaching consultative selling. Campaign readiness - Work with Marketing ahead of launches, double-date sales and festive campaigns so the team is briefed, scripted and staffed before traffic arrives. Channel growth - Identify which channels are underperforming and initiate the recovery plan. Own retention and CRM Retention programmes - Build and run the follow-up, care-reminder, Ravipa Club Member, win-back programmes that turn a first purchase into a second. Customer data - Keep the customer database clean and usable, and work with Marketing to segment and activate it. Loyalty - Track repeat purchase rate and lifetime value, and propose what would move them. Build the system, not just the output Playbooks and scripts - Own the chat scripts, FAQs, product information and internal playbooks - keep them current as new collections and campaigns launch. Tools and process - Make sure the team's tools (chat management, CMS/ERP, marketplace seller centres) are set up to make the work faster and fix the inefficient workflows. Documentation - Turn what works into something repeatable, so quality does not depend on who is on shift. Close the loop with the business Reporting - Report monthly and annual KPIs - what happened, why, and what you are doing about it. Voice of the customer - Bring recurring questions, product issues, stock gaps and complaint patterns to Marketing, Merchandising and Operations with a proposed fix attached. Ad hoc projects - Take on projects where customer experience is on the line. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any field. 3–5+ years in customer success, customer service, chat commerce, or online sales, including at least 1–2 years leading or supervising a team. Proven experience managing multi-channel support — live chat, social commerce, marketplaces, email, phone, and video calls. Hands-on command of marketplace seller centres (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social commerce tools (LINE Official Account, Facebook Business Suite, Page365, or similar) enough to train others on them. A track record of hitting online sales targets through a team, not only personally. Comfort with numbers: able to read a KPI dashboard, identify gaps, and explain them clearly. Excellent written Thai and conversational written and spoken English for international customers Strong service excellence mindset, with the ability to handle customers and lead the team professionally under pressure. Available across the shift rotation and for peak campaign coverage (see below) Nice to have Retail, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle experience. Experience with an ERP or OMS (NetSuite, Shopify or similar). Experience in sales and customer service, with a strong service mindset. Experience in online sales, live selling, or social commerce is a plus.
