Job Summary We are seeking a Network Security Engineer who is passionate about enterprise networking and cybersecurity. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, integrating, and supporting enterprise network and security solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate is capable of independently delivering implementation projects while providing technical consultation and post-deployment support. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Implementation * Independently deploy and configure enterprise networking and security solutions. * Design, implement, migrate, and optimize customer network infrastructure. * Configure Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, routing, wireless, firewall, and endpoint security solutions. * Perform solution validation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. * Prepare implementation documentation, migration plans, and technical handover. 2. Network & Security Operations * Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across enterprise environments. * Perform firmware upgrades, software patching, and preventive maintenance. * Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security. * Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term improvements. 3. Customer Support * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for enterprise customers. * Work closely with customers during project implementation and post-deployment support. * Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical workshops, and solution demonstrations. * Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. 4. Continuous Learning * Stay updated with emerging networking and cybersecurity technologies. * Participate in vendor certification and technical training programs. * Develop expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, NAC, cloud networking, and AI infrastructure networking.
