Job Summary The Associate for People & Culture plays a strategic role in shaping and executing key People & Culture initiatives that drive organizational success. This position is responsible for leading programs in training and development, employee engagement, recruitment, internal communications, and compliance. The Associate will work closely with department heads and leadership to enhance the employee experience, support talent development, and ensure the alignment of People & Culture practices with company goals and values. This role requires strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement across all People & Culture functions. Responsibilities Assists in implementing People & Culture programs, systems, and initiatives aligned with company objectives and employee needs. Coordinates the planning and logistics of training and development programs, monitors attendance and feedback, and ensures that training costs stay within the approved budget. Supports the development of training materials and helps identify learning needs in collaboration with department heads and team leads. Aids in evaluating training effectiveness and compiles reports for management review. Coordinates and helps execute employee engagement activities, reward and recognition programs, and internal events that promote a supportive workplace culture. Supports the rollout and analysis of employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, helping to identify actionable insights. Assists in internal communications efforts, including drafting messages and preparing materials that promote People & Culture initiatives. Coordinates with external vendors, partners, and service providers for training, events, and employee programs, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to budget. Participates in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. Provides support to employees on basic People & Culture matters such as leave management, benefits, and policy-related questions. Helps ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations, and assists in the implementation of labor-related and company policies. Organizes and maintains accurate employee records, including 201 files, in both digital and physical formats. Monitors timekeeping records, assists in resolving discrepancies, and coordinates with the Finance team for timely and accurate payroll processing. Assists in the submission of awards entries to award-giving bodies by coordinating requirements, collating documents, and ensuring deadlines are met. Provides support in administrative functions, and performs other related and ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the People & Culture team or management. Qualifications Formal Education or Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or Human Resource Development Management. Related Work Experience At least 1-2 years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Benefits 14th and 15th month pay HMO and GLI Travel Incentives
