Key Responsibilities Consultative Client Intake: Handle incoming inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone with a supportive, problem-solving approach to convert leads into long-term accounts. End-to-End Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, managing their needs, building customized experience packages, and conducting post-event reviews for continuous improvement. On-Site Event Leadership: Serve as the lead on-site manager across Hong Kong venues, coordinating vendor logistics, resolving live challenges on the spot, and providing hospitality to guests. Process & AI Optimization: Actively integrate Google Gemini into your daily workflow to eliminate manual friction, refine internal processes, and maximize efficiency. Venue Showings: Conduct professional on-site venue tours for prospective clients using company-provided transportation. Requirements Consultative Mindset: Strong passion for customer service, active listening, and a supportive, solution-oriented attitude. AI & Tech Curiosity: Keen interest or proficiency in leveraging Google Gemini and modern AI tools to streamline administrative tasks. Adaptability & Ownership: High drive to solve complex problems independently and take full ownership of client outcomes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese/Mandarin. Mobility: Valid driving license preferred for utilizing the company vehicle during venue showings. Package & Benefits Base Salary: HK$18,000 – HK$25,000 / month (based on experience and AI capability). Commission Structure: Uncapped sales commission on closed bookings and account renewals.
