You aren't just "buying stuff"—you’re a key architect of our supply chain as we scale. 🚀 Your Day-to-Day: Smart Sourcing: Hunt for the best ingredients and sustainable packaging Relationship Building: Be the bridge to our suppliers; build real partnerships, not just spreadsheets System Optimization: Help us level up! Experience setting up procurement systems is a major plus to help us go digital Cost Hacking: Keep us lean and efficient without ever compromising on quality Teamwork: Partner with Chefs and Ops to ensure our kitchens are always ready 🎯 What You Bring: 3+ years in F&B or FMCG procurement is a MUST . A strategic mindset—always looking for a better way to do things. Bonus: Experience with Procurement / ERP system setup or migration (not a must, but we’d love it!). Excel mastery and a data-driven approach. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
