About the Company Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider specializing in digital construction and BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. The company delivers technical consulting and design solutions for data centers, industrial facilities, commercial developments, and other large-scale construction projects across Asia. As part of its Southeast Asia expansion, the company is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across Thailand, Indonesia, or Malaysia. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, project owners, EPC contractors, design institutes, consultants, and MEP contractors. Promote engineering consulting and BIM-related solutions to prospective clients. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, quotation, contract negotiation, and closing. Identify new projects and monitor market trends within the data center and construction sectors. Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Expand strategic partnerships and develop long-term business opportunities. Recruit, coach, and manage the local sales team as the business grows. Achieve assigned sales targets and support regional business expansion initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within one of the following industries: Data Center Construction EPC / General Contracting BIM Consulting Engineering Consultancy MEP Engineering Architectural Design Strong network with developers, contractors, consultants, or project owners is highly preferred. Proven experience in new business development and closing complex B2B deals. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience leading or building a sales team is an advantage. Fluent in Thai, Chinese and English. Willing to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
