Job description Location: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Job Description: Develop and execute the organization's AI, Data Analytics, and Automation roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-wide AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, analytics platforms, dashboards, and intelligent workflow automation. Manage end-to-end data projects, including data pipelines, API integrations, governance, quality control, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery. Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standards for AI, analytics, data management, and automation development. Drive AI adoption across business functions and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and platforms to continuously enhance organizational capabilities. Mentor and develop analytics, automation, and AI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and implementation timelines. Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or Intelligent Automation. At least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, API Integration, Data Architecture, and Cloud-based Analytics Platforms. Proven experience leading large-scale AI, Automation, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Experience in the Insurance, Banking, Financial Services , or highly regulated industries will be an advantage. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
