Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance. Request and compare quotations from vendors and prepare commercial evaluations. Conduct price negotiations and manage supplier relationships. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation. Support vendor performance assessment and supplier development initiatives. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain functions. Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, power plants, energy, petrochemical, or heavy industries would be an advantage. Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
