About the Role: This role is responsible for defining technical architecture, leading engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and driving platform development that meets enterprise and financial-grade security standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap of the enterprise platform. • Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native system architecture. • Drive platform modernization, API strategy, and enterprise system integration. • Lead software engineering teams, vendors, and technical delivery. • Define development standards, code quality, and DevOps best practices. • Ensure platform security, access control, audit trails, and compliance with enterprise standards. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans. • Support enterprise implementation, system integration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post go-live activities. • Evaluate and implement AI technologies, LLM integration, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) where appropriate. • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Executive stakeholders to drive technology strategy. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise platform development, or system integration. • 3–5+ years in a technical leadership role such as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Manager, or similar. • Strong knowledge of: o Enterprise Architecture o Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) o Microservices & API Design o DevOps & CI/CD o Database Design & System Integration o Cybersecurity & Secure SDLC • Experience delivering enterprise or financial-grade platforms. • Familiar with AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, Vector Database, or MCP concepts is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
