Content Creator Pattaya, Thailand | Full-time, On-site (Accommodation and food provided) TTM Developments is a property development and management company with businesses across hospitality, senior living, residential property, and new ventures . We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator / Digital Marketing Executive who can create strong content, manage multiple brands, and think beyond posting — with a clear focus on traffic, enquiries, bookings, and sales . Key Responsibilities Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, and other digital channels. Produce Reels, carousels, captions, campaign concepts, and marketing materials. Write SEO blogs, landing pages, website copy, property listings, and promotional content. Develop creative concepts and copy for Meta ads and support Google Ads landing pages. Design brochures, presentations, social graphics, and other brand materials. Upload and update websites, Airbnb listings, property listings, and image libraries. Plan content calendars and manage multiple projects across different brands. Review content performance and recommend improvements based on data. What We’re Looking For Strong English writing and editing skills. Experience in social media and content creation. Good graphic design skills. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Familiarity with paid social advertising is a strong advantage. Comfortable with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently. Able to handle a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Commercial mindset — you should understand why content is being created, not just how to make it. Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, lifestyle, or senior living is a plus.
