Assistant Manager, Business Credit Administration (Commercial Disbursement)

About the role iCIMB (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Credit Administration (Commercial Disbursement) to join our dynamic Banking & Financial Services team. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur . As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the disbursement portfolio for Business Banking with the objective to meet the SLA and disbursement targets set by Management. The disbursement portfolio covers all products offered by Business Banking. Key responsibilities Provides support to Head of CSA to achieve the overall business objectives Continuous improvement in the processes to achieve operational efficiency Improve customer experience to achieve the best Customer CX Meet the SLA and disbursement targets set by the Management Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, policies & procedures in discharging the daily routines Develops and builds an effective and cohesive team that operates seamlessly within the department Manage and monitor the performance of the team Role model and drive activities to encourage and build desired organizational culture, values and reputation with all staffs and stakeholders Ensures credit operations are compliant with Group and internal policies Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and BNM guidelines Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned by management from time to time What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit administration, commercial lending or business credit operations Proven supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of credit processes, disbursement procedures and commercial banking operations Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements and risk management principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferably, experience in a banking or financial institution, particularly in credit or commercial banking divisions *Please be informed only shortlisted(s) applicant will be notified.
