About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machinery Operator / Farm Hand to assist with all aspects of our cropping program. Duties will include: Operating modern farm machinery for: Spraying Paddock preparation Seeding Spreading Harvest operations Grain and fertiliser carting General farm and machinery maintenance Following and maintaining farm safety standards This is a full-time position with flexibility outside of peak seeding and harvest periods. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to operate farm machinery safely and legally. Skills & Experience The successful applicant will demonstrate: Experience operating large agricultural machinery (preferred but not essential) Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and within a team Good communication skills Flexibility with hours during peak periods Current driver's licence (essential) HR licence MC licence advantageous We are willing to train applicants who show the right attitude and commitment to agriculture.
