STORE MANAGER/ ASSITANT MANAGER your role is to bridge the gap between the operational vision and the daily energy on the floor. You are maintaining the brand’s specific vibe while ensuring the store hit the commercial targets. You will support the Operation manager in driving sales, leading a high energy team, and ensuring the store reflect effortless and trendy aesthetic that SUBDUED is known for. You will working closely with your team, responsible the highest store standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS Team Leadership and Development · Recruitment: Authorize disciplinary actions and promote the top performance. · Performance Coaching: Actively mentor Store Assistant on sales techniques and brand specific styling. · Shift Management: Oversee the monthly roster and daily plan, ensuring the floor is always covered during peak period and the tasks are delegated effectively. · Culture Building: Positive, inclusive and fast paced environment that aligns with the brand’s youthful and dynamic identity. Sales & Performance · Responsible the store’s Profit and loss: Look beyond the daily target to analyse weekly and monthly trends. · Sales tracking: Monitor daily and weekly key performance indicators and motivate the team to exceed the targets. · Use initiative and proactivity to maximize selling opportunities. Commercial and Operational Excellence · Dynamic stock management: Implement a high efficiency stockroom system that prioritizes the speed to floor, organize the inventory by trends and fast moving products to ensure replenishment is instantaneous. · Cash processing: Take the full ownership of daily cash process. This include opening and closing POS reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies and prepare the bank deposit. · POS management: Oversee cash handling, returns and refund and ensure the team is proficient with POS systems. · Store security standard: Ensure it apply consistency. Visual Merchandising · Brand standard: Ensure the store lay pout follow the global VM guidelines, keeping the brand look fresh and appealing. · Commercial placement: Analyse the sales report to action with the best selling and new products to the high traffic areas. · Maintenance: Keep the floor impeccably clean and organize with high standard. Customer Experience · Define the service standard: Handle the highest level of escalations and uses customer feedback to improve store wide process. · Styling expert: Act as brand ambassador, providing personalizes styling advice that encourage multi-unit purchases. · Problem solving: Prevent the customer inquiries or complaint with a focus on brand loyalty and satisfactions. Decision-Making & Responsibility · Take ownership in resolving customer queries or issues. · Manage priorities effectively during busy periods.
