Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer hardware operation system and application support (SAP/EWM). Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone to help set up system or resolve issues. Trouble shooting system problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue. Update security to all client’s regular basis and updated result both problem and progress. Investigate and find out root cause of the security incident. Qualification: Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Management Information System or relevant field. At least 3 years experienced in IT support, Help desk technician or related fields. Good communication skill and interpersonal skills working with teams. Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security. Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Good command in English.
