Location: Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00, M - F Responsibilities: Evaluate existing stores’ catchment and identifying new store opportunity Develop store network strategy to optimize company business in Thailand Identify ideal location both for shopping mall and Roadside stores, draw trade catchment and survey site/location to understand area customer characteristic and area potential Estimate project sales by analyzing market and catchment, testify project feasibility and prepare precise presentation material for board approval Negotiate with landlord to acquire the best potential area and site condition for new stores opening Review actual store performance and continuously improve way of working.
