Investment Executive

Investment Executive is responsible for leading assigned investment opportunities from initial the evaluation through transaction execution by developing investment strategies, conducting commercial and financial analyses. JOB SPECIFICATION Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum 10 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, strategic planning, investment planning, valuation, consulting, private equity, real estate investment, or related fields. · Minimum 5 years of leadership experience leading investment analysis teams or strategic investment projects. · Proven experience in financial modelling, business case development, investment evaluation, valuation, and executive presentations. · Experience in retail, mixed-use developments, hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale investment projects is highly preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge · Strong understanding of investment planning, corporate finance, valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and capital investment analysis. · Knowledge of market assessment, commercial evaluation, business strategy, and investment portfolio management. · Understanding of feasibility studies, business case development, risk assessment, and investment governance. · Familiarity with real estate investment, mixed-use developments, retail, hospitality, and strategic investment principles. · Knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard reporting, digital technologies, and AI applications supporting investment analysis. Skills · Strong investment planning and financial analysis capability with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities. · Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and business case development skills. · Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail. · Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. · Excellent executive communication, presentation, and business writing capability. · Advanced capability in data analytics, dashboard development, business intelligence, and investment reporting. · Ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies to improve financial modelling, scenario analysis, valuation, investment screening, forecasting, and executive decision-making.
