Job Summary: To manage and monitor the shipment in order to arrange accuracy and timely manner by coordinated with internal and external customers. To manage cargo damages claims with related parties if any and review work process to avoid any claims in future. Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions). Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export licenses, and hazardous materials handling. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and any fields. At least 1-3 years experienced in Logistics or Freight Forwarding. Strong knowledge in Ocean Freight Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Export trade Regulation, compliance standards in ocean freight services. Service-minded, Positive Thinking, Patient, Self-driven, Flexible, Able to work under pressure, Pro-active, Communication skill, Time management skill and Leadership skill. Good communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Relationship Building,Time management,Leadership, Organizational, Problem-solving and Presentation skills. Customer-centric mindset, Committed, Service-minded, Self-driven, Detail-Oriented, Solution-Oriented, Pro-active. Proficient communication in business English with speaking and writing.
