Job summary: Leads all production operations to deliver safety, quality, productivity, and customer service targets while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the plant. Location : Kalasin Provience Responsibility: Strategy and Development Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. General and Task Management Manage and lead the team to ensure OEE reactively managing dysfunctional production, with the Shift management. Ensuring the optimization of equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality. Lead all the production procedures and activities. Be it adhering to safety regulations, to ensure timely completion. People Management Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. Financial and Budget control Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years at a managerial level Must have experience in chemical manufacturing or modified starch production, experience in a multinational food & beverage environment or FMCG is required Strong knowledge of compliance and quality management systems Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), particularly Autonomous Maintenance (AM), with strong knowledge of continuous improvement and operations Strong people management, communication, and change management capabilities Strong business acumen, including financial, costing, and budget management knowledge Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
