The Job Plan, produce, and manage multimedia content, including videography, photography, and digital media materials for service promotion and stakeholder engagement. Conduct video shooting, editing, post-production, and content packaging for service showcases, programme highlights, events, and presentations. Support service units in documenting programme outcomes, service impact, beneficiary stories, and key initiatives through visual storytelling. Provide multimedia coverage and production support for events, ceremonies, community activities, and special projects. Develop multimedia materials for marketing, partnership development, funder reporting, and organisational initiatives. Maintain multimedia assets, production equipment, and digital content repositories to support efficient content management. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality multimedia projects. The Person Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Creative Media, Journalism, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia production, videography, photography, digital marketing, corporate communications, or related fields. Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design. Demonstrated experience in video shooting, photography, post-production, and multimedia content creation. Strong creative, storytelling, visual communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight timelines. Experience in healthcare, elderly services, social services, NGO, or community service sectors would be an advantage.
