Job Description Clarify required quality standards and management requirements at the early stage of product development. Create and maintain quality control plans, work instructions, and procedures. Verify and ensure that quality control procedures are properly implemented throughout production processes. Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials. Conduct quality inspections of expired raw materials. Perform quality reviews when raw materials or suppliers are changed, and conduct supplier audits. Monitor and verify that Production Department staff properly perform in-process inspections and conduct requested analyses. Monitor and check wastewater quality. Identify and investigate problems in manufacturing processes. Support the Production Department in identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of defects, non-conforming products, and quality issues. Enter, maintain, analyze, and report quality control data. Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001). Implement and continuously improve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). Implement and continuously improve the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001). Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related field Good command of English communication, both written and spoken Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and observant mindset Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage Proficient in preparing and analyzing quality-related reports and data is preferred Remark: Only shortlist candidates will be contacted All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
