Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including raw materials, finished goods, logistics, and external warehouse management. Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient material flow to support production and customer delivery requirements. Manage warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution activities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Oversee transportation, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and import/export logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Optimize warehouse operations, storage utilization, and inventory management across multiple warehouse locations. Monitor inventory transactions, reconciliation, reporting, and data accuracy within ERP/WMS systems. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health & safety, and regulatory requirements. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams while driving continuous improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of management experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and ERP/WMS systems. Experience managing 3PL providers and import/export operations is an advantage. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English.
