Bring Great Digital Ideas to Life We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Digital Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into well-planned, beautifully delivered digital experiences. You’ll lead website and digital marketing projects from brief to launch, connecting clients with our designers, developers, marketers, and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who can see the big picture, stay close to the details, and keep people moving toward a shared goal. If you communicate clearly, solve problems before they grow, and enjoy creating structure in a fast-moving agency environment, we’d like to meet you. What You’ll Do Lead Projects from Brief to Launch Manage website and digital marketing projects across the full lifecycle—from discovery and planning through production, launch, and project review. Turn client objectives and requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and resources across design, content, development, QA, marketing, and external partners. Keep projects progressing while maintaining quality, commercial awareness, and a positive working relationship with everyone involved. Coordinate website launches, updates, maintenance activities, and post-launch support with the technical team. Keep Teams Aligned Define clear deliverables, responsibilities, deadlines, and approval processes for every project. Facilitate project kick-offs, internal check-ins, client status meetings, and project retrospectives. Maintain essential project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, change requests, and decision records. Monitor workload and project progress using Productive.io or similar project-management tools. Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early, then work with the team to find practical solutions. Build Trusted Client Relationships Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients throughout project delivery. Understand each client’s business objectives, audiences, and KPIs—not just their immediate project requests. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and technical information in a clear and accessible way. Manage expectations confidently and handle changes in priorities or scope professionally. Identify opportunities where additional services or solutions could create meaningful value for the client. Manage Scope, Budget, and Quality Track project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall delivery health. Control scope changes and ensure their impact on cost, timing, and resources is clearly communicated and approved. Coordinate QA, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, and final project handover. Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and helping refine internal processes. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience At least two years of experience managing website, digital, technology, or related projects. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or workstreams at the same time. A practical understanding of common website production stages, including requirements, UX/UI design, development, content, QA, launch, and maintenance. Experience managing client communication, timelines, priorities, risks, and scope changes. Confidence using project-management or workflow tools such as Productive.io, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Skills That Will Help You Succeed Strong organization and attention to detail without losing sight of the overall objective. Clear, confident, and professional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving. Sound judgment, ownership, and accountability. The ability to prioritize calmly and effectively when requirements or timelines change. Native or fluent Thai communication skills. Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English. Nice to Have You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in any of the following would be an advantage: A digital agency, software company, or technology-consulting environment. CMS, CRM, MarTech, marketing-automation, or customer-experience platforms. Platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs, or LINE integrations. Agile delivery, software release processes, QA practices, or DevOps workflows. AI-assisted tools used in project management, documentation, prototyping, or development workflows. What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you will be able to: Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Independently manage project plans, meetings, risks, and status communication. Keep assigned projects organized, visible, and progressing toward agreed milestones. Identify potential delivery issues early and take ownership of the next steps. Contribute ideas that improve our project-management practices and client experience. How We Work Five working days per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working arrangement with one work-from-home day per week. Eight flexible working hours per day. Flexible starting time between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m. Standard office hours are 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. What We Offer Transportation allowance. Overtime compensation in accordance with company policy.
