Join our Marketing & Communications team to drive our digital marketing initiatives and enhance the Institution's online presence across multiple platforms. You will play a strategic role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote our academic programmes, enhance brand awareness, and engage with prospective students and stakeholders. This position is essential to supporting the College's growth objectives and establishing a strong digital footprint in the education sector. Responsibilities: Develop and execute organic content strategies (including social posts, graphic visuals, photography, and video production) to strengthen brand presence Oversee the daily operations and inquiry management across different official social media channels, mainly Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeChat, and XHS Drive student recruitment efforts by leveraging multi-platform social media campaigns and paid ads management to boost audience engagement and lead generation Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and online sentiment to identify reputational risks and support crisis mitigation in collaboration with the communications team Assist in day-to-day website maintenance and updates, while supporting basic SEO, SEM, and AEO efforts to enhance website performance and brand awareness Monitor digital campaign performance against KPIs, leverage advanced analytics and market trends, and deliver strategic reports with actionable recommendations for executive review Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Associate degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Media or a related discipline At least two years of relevant experience in digital marketing Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content and campaigns A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated understanding in social media management, content creation and community engagement Familiarity with Adobe software and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools A sound understanding of current digital advertising technologies and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and website management tools Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English Our Benefits: Medical and Dental Benefits, Flexible Work Arrangements Birthday leave, Marriage Leave Education Sponsorship Examination Leave Interested parties please submit a cover letter, together with a full resume indicating your availability, present and expected salary (insufficient information may not be considered).
