HR Generalist 📍 Location LittleThings59 Studio Saphan Khwai (Pradipat Area), Bangkok 🕘 Working Hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💰 Salary THB 25,000 – 35,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage HR documentation for employees and freelancers Prepare employment contracts, onboarding, renewal, and termination documents Maintain attendance, leave records, and monthly HR reports Coordinate Social Security and HR administrative matters Maintain employee records and HR documentation Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination Coordinate hiring requirements with department managers Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees HR Policy & Organization Development Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and HR documentation Support performance evaluation and KPI processes Coordinate employee training and development programs Employee Relations Act as the main HR contact between employees, managers, and executives Listen, analyze, and help resolve employee issues professionally and fairly Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields 1–3 years of HR experience Strong understanding of HR Operations and Recruitment Excellent communication and coordination skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality High sense of responsibility with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with HumanSoft HRM / Payroll Knowledge and experience in labor law, work rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and other employment-related documentation. Knowledge of Organizational Psychology or Employee Relations Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution Experience designing training programs or Learning & Development initiatives Experience creating HR policies, SOPs, or HR processes Experience in Agency, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Live Commerce, or Startup environments is a plus Benefits Social Security Paid leave according to company policy Performance Bonus (subject to performance and company results) Company outings and team activities Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
