Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnership · Partner closely with the Warehouse General Manager, Operations Managers, and Department Heads to understand business priorities and people challenges. · Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and provide practical HR solutions that support warehouse operations and business performance. · Advise managers on people management, organizational issues, workforce effectiveness, employee performance, and employee relations. · Identify people-related risks and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective actions. · Support organizational changes and people-related initiatives in line with business requirements. · Coach and support line managers to strengthen their people management capability. 2. Employee Relations & Labor Management · Lead employee relations activities for approximately 300 warehouse employees and maintain a positive and productive working environment. · Advise managers on disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct, conflict resolution, attendance issues, and other employee relations matters. · Manage and support employee investigations and complex ER cases with appropriate documentation, confidentiality, consistency, and fairness. · Ensure employee management practices comply with Thai Labor Law , company policies, work rules, and internal regulations. · Identify potential employee relations and labor risks and recommend preventive actions. · Strengthen communication and relationships between management and employees to promote employee trust and healthy labor relations. 3. Performance & Talent Management · Drive the performance management process within warehouse operations, including goal setting, performance reviews, performance calibration, and performance improvement. · Partner with managers to identify and address performance gaps and establish appropriate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). · Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, employee motivation, and effective people management. · Facilitate talent reviews to identify high-potential employees, key talents, critical positions, and succession risks. · Support succession planning and development planning for key employees in partnership with line managers and relevant HR functions. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention · Partner with warehouse management to strengthen employee engagement, retention, organizational culture, and employee experience. · Monitor employee feedback, employee sentiment, turnover, absenteeism, and other people indicators to identify key workforce issues. · Analyze root causes of turnover, attendance, engagement, and workplace issues and recommend practical improvement actions. · Develop and follow up on engagement and retention action plans with warehouse leadership. · Support effective employee communication and change management across warehouse operations. · Promote company values, teamwork, employee well-being, and a positive workplace culture. 5. Workforce Effectiveness & People Analytics · Monitor and analyze key workforce indicators, including: o Headcount o Turnover & Retention o Absenteeism o Employee Relations Cases o Performance Trends o Employee Engagement o Workforce Productivity · Identify workforce trends, root causes, and potential people risks using HR data and business insights. · Provide regular people insights and recommendations to warehouse leadership to support management decision-making. · Partner with Operations to improve workforce utilization, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness. · Track HR action plans and evaluate their effectiveness against agreed people and business outcomes. 6. HR Team Leadership & HR Governance · Lead, coach, and provide direction to a team of 2 HR team members supporting warehouse operations. · Set priorities and ensure the HR team provides consistent and effective support to employees and line managers. · Guide the team in handling employee relations matters and ensure appropriate escalation of complex or sensitive cases. · Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and employment standards across warehouse operations. · Coordinate with Corporate HR, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) when specialist HR support is required. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. · Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in HR Business Partner or HR Manager role. · Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution Center, Manufacturing, or Operations environment is strongly preferred. · Experience managing or supervising a small HR team is preferred. · Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and employee relations practices. · Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Able to coach and influence line managers on people-related matters. · Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into practical actions. · Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. · Good command of Thai and English.
