About CloudNurse CloudNurse is a healthtech SaaS company building an AI-powered EHR/ERP platform for nursing homes and rehabilitation centers across Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Our platform includes EasyChart (AI-powered voice, photo, and text clinical charting), CareConnect (LINE-based family care updates), and a Finance/Billing module purpose-built for long-term care operators. We're a small, fast-moving team shipping software that directly affects patient care and caregiver workflows. About the Role We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to work across our Python backend and TypeScript frontend. You'll ship features end-to-end — from API design to the client-side interfaces caregivers and administrators use every day — in a multi-tenant, healthcare-grade SaaS environment spanning three countries. We're open to both mid-level and senior candidates; scope and title will be calibrated to experience. What You'll Do • Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack, from backend services to client UI • Write clean, well-tested Python code for backend services and APIs • Build responsive, maintainable frontend interfaces in TypeScript • Implement and maintain client-side state management for complex, data-heavy views (clinical records, billing, scheduling) • Contribute to system design for multi-tenant, regulated healthcare features • Participate in code review, sprint planning, and technical discussions • Debug and resolve production issues (we track errors with Sentry) • Work within our Git/GitHub and Jira-based development workflow Required Qualifications • 2+ years of professional experience building backend systems in Python • Solid hands-on experience with TypeScript on the frontend • Experience with a client-side state management solution (e.g. Redux, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent) • Comfortable working across the stack — not purely backend or purely frontend• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) • Working knowledge of RESTful API design • Proficiency with Git version control • Working English proficiency, written and spoken (team documentation and code are in English) Nice to Have • Experience with Django specifically • Experience with Angular specifically • Background in healthcare tech, regulated data environments, or multi-tenant SaaS • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (PDPA, HIPAA, or similar) • Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Spoken Thai proficiency What We Offer • Competitive salary, based on experience • ESOP (employee stock option plan) possible, depending on role and experience • Hybrid work, convenient office location • Excellent Benefits: Provident fund , Health insurance , Snacks in the office • Direct access to the founding team, shaping a product used across Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore How to Apply Send your CV (and portfolio/GitHub, if available) to hiring@cloudnurse.co .
