Job Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Business Development, Corporate Finance, Investment, or Property Development. Proven experience in land‑based JVs, partnerships, or investment transactions. Strong competency in financial modelling and feasibility analysis (DCF, IRR, scenario modelling). Solid understanding of land valuation, development economics, and deal structuring. Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Finance, Technical, Planning). Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgement skills. Exposure to property developers, investment holding companies, or real estate funds is preferred. Job Responsibility Responsibilities: Identify and execute JV, partnership, or disposal opportunities arising from the Group’s land bank. Evaluate land assets and recommend optimal development, JV, or exit strategies. Develop detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, scenario analysis) to support investment decisions. Structure and negotiate JV and partnership terms, including land contribution, equity, and governance. Manage end‑to‑end deal execution, including approvals, due diligence, and transaction close. Monitor JV performance and manage partner relationships and issues. Support portfolio optimisation through restructuring or exit of land‑based investments.
