JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT The Marketing Manager will develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and engagement programs that drive profitable growth and strengthen brand equity. In this role, you will help shape and deliver compelling customer experiences through integrated marketing plans, brand communications, activation programs, and promotional initiatives across key customer segments and channels. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, Insights, and external partners, you will identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business performance while ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable results. This role require visiting our plant in Saraburi a few times a month. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing strategies, promotions, and annual marketing plans to support business growth and sales objectives. Develop and implement brand communication initiatives that deliver a consistent and compelling brand message across customer and consumer touchpoints. Design and execute customer and consumer engagement programs that enhance brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty. Lead marketing activation and promotional initiatives that strengthen brand presence and create impactful customer experiences. Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Insights teams to align marketing initiatives with channel strategies, value propositions, customer needs, and business priorities. Support the development and execution of retail, channel, and customer experience programs that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion. Manage external agency and partner relationships to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Ensure timely delivery of key customer, channel, and brand initiatives based on priorities established through the marketing planning process. Develop a deep understanding of customer and market needs to identify opportunities for profitable growth and enhanced brand performance. Monitor campaign, channel, and program performance metrics and translate insights into recommendations that improve effectiveness and return on investment. Evaluate and optimize promotional and marketing programs based on performance results and customer feedback. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to support innovation and continuous improvement. Independently handle complex marketing initiatives with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of four years of related marketing experience. Experience developing and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns. Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver business objectives. Other minimum qualifications may apply. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in brand marketing, brand communications, or integrated marketing. Experience in marketing planning, campaign development and execution, performance measurement, demand generation, customer engagement, and content delivery. Experience in brand activation, promotional marketing, customer experience, retail marketing, or trade marketing. Experience developing customer-centric value propositions and marketing programs. Experience managing agency or external partner relationships. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and customer engagement strategies. Experience leveraging insights and analytics to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth. PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES Collaborated with sales teams and account managers to execute customer and channel analysis using marketing tools and insights. Developed and implemented integrated marketing campaigns that drove customer engagement and business performance. Supported the planning and execution of promotional, activation, or customer experience initiatives. Participated in evaluating and optimizing marketing, promotional, or advertising programs based on performance metrics. Worked with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver marketing objectives.
