Corporate Strategy and Business Analysis (CP-Meiji)

Job Description Corporate Strategy (20%) Analyze internal and external business environments to support the development of the company's strategic direction, business strategies, and corporate policies in collaboration with senior management. Support the communication of the company's strategic direction, business strategies, and corporate policies across the organization. Collaborate with senior management to develop and review the company's short-, medium-, and long-term business plans. Monitor annual business performance and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Business Analysis (70%) Analyze financial performance and prepare business analyses to identify root causes of issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Analyze business process challenges and develop business solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prepare As-Is/To-Be Process documentation and Business Requirements (RFP) to support the development of Terms of Reference (TOR) for projects involving system and technology implementation. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate investments in systems and technologies that improve business processes and support investment decision-making. Participate in System Design activities based on business requirements, working closely with business units and vendors to ensure seamless handover to the Technical Team for project execution and ongoing monitoring. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business process improvements after project completion to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Sustainability & Corporate Governance (10%) Support the development and implementation of enterprise risk management plans in collaboration with senior management across business functions. Support the monitoring of sustainability performance and collaborate with sustainability leaders to develop and implement sustainability strategies. Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Business Analysis. Proven experience working closely with Senior Management/Executive Leadership on strategic analysis and delivering management presentations. Strong knowledge of external business environment analysis, including PESTEL, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessment .
