Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance across a broad range of business matters, including corporate, commercial, investment, and regulatory compliance issues. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations, business activities, and strategic initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests. Support business teams on commercial transactions, partnerships, and new business opportunities. Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders when required. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide practical recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, commercial law, or related fields. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws. Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the automotive, technology, fintech, or startup industry will be an advantage.
