SEO & Organic Growth Specialist Job Description (JD) Position Summary The SEO & Organic Growth Specialist is responsible for developing and executing SEO and organic growth strategies to increase website visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation. This role works closely with the Content, Design, and Web Development teams to optimize website performance, improve search rankings, and drive sustainable business growth through organic channels while reducing reliance on paid advertising. Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create and maintain an SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives. Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. 2. Keyword Research & Content Strategy Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis. Develop keyword mapping for website pages and landing pages. Collaborate with the Content team to plan SEO-driven content strategies. Recommend content topics and optimization opportunities based on market trends and search demand. 3. Website & On-Page Optimization Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking. Improve website structure and landing pages to maximize search visibility and conversion. Ensure all website content follows SEO best practices and Google's guidelines. 4. Technical SEO Monitor website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals. Audit website indexing, crawlability, sitemap, robots.txt, and mobile usability. Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance. 5. Organic Growth Optimization Analyze user behavior to improve organic conversion rates. Recommend website and landing page improvements to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion. Identify opportunities to increase organic reach and lead generation through continuous optimization. 6. Competitor & Market Analysis Analyze competitors' SEO strategies, keyword performance, and backlink profiles. Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for organic growth. Provide actionable insights to strengthen the company's competitive position. 7. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion metrics. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, or Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. Experience developing SEO-focused content strategies. Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is an advantage. Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
