Manage team to support Sales for Data and Analysis Report, Marketing Activity, etc. Create and implement the idea to improve Sales Activity & Performance, Standard Operational Procedure, New Product & Service (including system improvement) Make the report & presentation material and conduct the training as assigned Coordinate with management and related parties for business planning and target setting. Support for making process of Annual Business Plan and Sales Target Plan Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned Other tasks as assigned Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Planning Business-level English proficiency in writing and speaking (TOEIC 700) Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint Strong ability to analyze data such as sales performance, market situation, competition status, and future forecasts Logical, analytical, and creative thinking for new product development and implementation Positive attitude, proactive, multitasking skills, and fast learner Proven leadership and ability to coach team members Advantage (Nice-to-have) Experience in auto leasing or rental car business Good team management skills
