Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and reliable supply. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and indirect purchases. Ensure timely procurement to support production and inventory requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and service. Collaborate with Planning, Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance to support business operations. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and procurement procedures. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or the pet food industry. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in international sourcing and supplier management is an advantage.
